How to reschedule a Public Venue practical exam

How to reschedule a practical exam at a Public Venue or a remotely-assessed Performance Grade or ARSM exam submission date.

Once we’ve confirmed an exam appointment or submission date you can log in to your account and search for alternative slots. 

  • Log in and click ‘Booking details’ to view your booking.
  • You’ll see a list of candidates/exams with a clock icon at the end of each line.
  • Click on a clock icon to search for an alternative exam slot.
  • Once you’ve found a suitable alternative exam appointment or submission date, you can select it for the candidate.
